Encouragement Cards

Inspiring My Generation is a non-profit dedicated to ending the mental health stigma, raising mental health awareness, and providing accessible treatment for all who need it. People hospitalized for mental health are 100-200 times more likely to die by suicide when discharged, which is why the organization founded its Encouragement Card program. The cards below were designed to support individuals hospitalized in psych wards with their recovery through motivational and comforting messages. Though the images below are in color, designs have been uploaded to IMG's site in black and white so donors can print them and personalize them themselves. Providing pre-made designs ready to be colored in has made creating cards simpler for donors, thus increasing monthly donations by about 60 cards per month.
